The team had to lift a 21,000 lbs transformer to the first floor using a crane, then move it through a narrow corridor where forklifts or other equipment that did not guarantee safety and visibility could not be used. Precise positioning was required to place the transformer next to existing electrical units, making visibility and control essential to prevent any incidents or damage.
