MULTIPLE ROBOTS
These two customized Solo 20 are used in pair to move a 20 meter long welding jig in a manufacturing plant. These Solo 20 have a travel speed of 3 km/h.
This system is used six times per day and significantly improved production safety and efficiency.
SMART SUPPORT PIVOT
This Tango was customized to include a smart support pivot. With its integrated pilot lights, the loading head indicates the operator when the robot is well positionned under the load
POKA-YOKE DOCKING
This custom docking station is a poka-yoke system. The pilot light allows the user to be sure the Solo 20 is well secured before moving.
Poka-Yoke Docking can be used with Solo, Tango, and Foxtrot’s Platforms.
